I recommend this great place. I think it's a chilled-out base for shopping. The place is very close to the town centre of Windsor and the castle too, the shops, and the Windsor castle and high street.

Great for a lengthier visit! The room comes with tea bags and there are excellent facilities available. 😊

This place was in a great spot just a short stroll from the town center, so I was close to all the main attractions like the castle and Legoland. Easy access to everything without needing to drive far.

The owner was extremely helpful, and the location, just 1 km from Theatre Royal, was fantastic.

The apartment at Hampden Apartments - The Archie was fantastic. We were amazed by the spacious and clean separate bedroom, and the convenience of having parking close to town. The value for money was unbeatable compared to hotels. Jeremy, our host, was very responsive and accommodating to our requests. We also loved the location, as we could easily explore the town and enjoy drinks at the nearby old firestation. The fish and chips from the shop opposite were the perfect way to end our day. we had a fabulous stay and would definitely return.

Although the apartment was great, I must mention that it is located under the flight path of Heathrow Airport, so if you're sensitive to noise, bring earplugs. Additionally, the lack of air-conditioning might be a concern for some, but we found that opening the windows was sufficient for most of the year.

The communication with the owner was excellent, and they even allowed us to park our car before check-in so we could start exploring right away. The apartment was beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean, and had all the facilities we needed. We appreciated the little touches like having tea, coffee, and milk provided. With its great location within walking distance of all the main attractions, it truly felt like a home away from home. We would definitely book again for a short stay or even a longer one. highly recommended!

Plus, having two bathrooms in a one-bedroom apartment was a bonus. The apartment also had a fully functional kitchen, although I wish there had been a measuring jug, but I managed with a saucepan. The short walk to local shops and restaurants was convenient. I highly recommend Hampden Apartments - The Archie for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Windsor.

The apartment was spotlessly clean, well furnished, and had all the little things we didn't expect from a self-catering apartment, like tea bags and milk. The two bathrooms in the one-bedroom apartment were a pleasant surprise, and the good Wi-Fi was a bonus. The location was great, with a short walk to all amenities and Windsor Castle. It was our first time renting an apartment instead of a hotel room, and the extra space was a fantastic alternative.
